No worries! Just email us and let us know your order number and what you need changed or added. As long as your item has not been made yet, we can usually accmodate changes.
What are your bandanas made from?
Scoop Neck Bandanas
Our scoop-neck bandanas will now be printed in-house on a lightweight polyester twill fabric. The cut and contruction of the bandanas will still remain the same.
The new cooling bandans are printed on a knit scuba fabric that is quick drying and perfect for the water. These bandanas are in a triangle shape, single sided, and have a serged hem.
How to I clean the new bandana?
The new material is super easy to clean and quick drying! Since there are no vinyl and the design is printed directly on the fabric, you can wash the bandanas and iron if needed. We recommend washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. A medium iron setting is recommended.
Will the bandana wrinkle?
Our new bandana material is wrinkle resistant. So go ahead and toss the bandana into your pup's bag for your next outing!
Is the design printed with vinyl?
Nope! All designs will be professionally printed directly on to the fabric.
Are the new bandanas eco-friendly?
Yes! We are very excited to be able to reduce our footprint by printing everything in-house, to order. This, combined with the absence of vinyl allows us to create less waste and utlilize any extra materials for other products (nothing goes to waste!).
What will happen to the existing designs?
All new bandana releases will be in our 2 new materials.
We will be phasing out past bandana designs, which will be available thru 6/31 or while supplies last. If you would like a design made in our new material, just let us know.
Can you do custom designs?
Yes! Since we can print in-house now we can print most designs directly on the bandana. While we love customs, we have a limited availably for custom bandanas. To inquire about a custom design, please email us.
Order Processing & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each item is made to order so it can take up to two weeks for us to create your special piece depending on the season. Christmas is our busiest season and we always recommend allowing at least 3 weeks to accomodate for production time and shipping.
When will my item(s) ship?
We prep orders for shipment as soon as they are complete and we work hard to process and ship your orders in a timely fashion. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Typical shipping time is 3-5 days depending on the option you choose. Our default shipping method is USPS First Class. If you need your item sooner or if you have a question about processing time, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
International delivery times vary depending on the country. We have USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and DHL Express options to choose from.
Please note: we rely on our shipping partners to deliver your packages safely and in a timely manner. Delivery issues can occur, and delays are happening quite often. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Will I be charged a customs duty?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We are not responsible for customs duties, lost/stolen packages or customs delays.
Why can't you produce items faster?
To be honest, we wish we could! Due to the customized nature of a lot of our products, most items are made to order. We have invested in equipment to help speed up this process, but handmade takes a bit longer. We appreciate your patience!
Why didn't my order arrive?
This happens from time to time and it is such a bummer for us as I'm sure it is for you! Once an item leaves our location we rely on the mail carriers to deliver the packages in a timely manner.
Delays can always happen due to unforeseen circumstances or weather related issues. If your package is lost and have selected Priority Mail as your mailing option, you can file an insurance claim at www.usps.com.
Please contact us if you have any issues receiving your items. Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen packages.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us within 5 business days to exchange or return your item. We accept returns of unused and unworn items that are not personalized or feature a custom fabric option. However, we do want you to love your bandana so if you experience any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
